1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bauncingball platform and all its services. Bauncingball is an international online gaming and betting platform operating under a valid licence.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date of the most recent revision, and Bauncingball reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.

Bauncingball takes the protection of minors very seriously. If we determine that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Bauncingball supports deposits via multiple payment methods. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by account tier

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General bonus terms:

• The wagering requirement (WR) for each bonus is set individually
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 15 to 30 times the bonus amount
• The validity period for a bonus is generally 30 days
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address claim bonuses, both accounts will be cancelled
• Bauncingball reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion

7 Betting Rules

Bauncingball has specific betting rules that apply to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible
• If a technical error occurs during live betting, Bauncingball reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded

• If an event in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00

8 Prohibited Activities

• Account sharing or holding multiple accounts
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Hacking the platform's software or using automated bots
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Completing KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bauncingball may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification fails
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• At the account holder's request (self-exclusion)
• Extended period of account inactivity

To close your account voluntarily, contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw all remaining funds before closing.
